The greening of what was once barren desert has been one of the modern miracles in the development of the United Arab Emirates. New visitors to the country are often astounded at the level of beautification in swathes of greenbelt, parkland and flower and plant propagation.

Nilover, NTDE’s agricultural supplies division, established in 1989, is proud to have contributed to this endeavour. 

In the area of soils and fertilisers, products are sourced from two renowned companies: Floragard from Germany which supplies peat moss and potting soil; and Growmoor from Ireland which specialises in potting soil products. 

Drip Mat, a specialist irrigation tool, is imported from Australia.

Nilover supplies to more than 150 companies including the Dubai Municipality landscaping section on projects that include Dubai’s International Airport, golf courses, parks and nurseries.

Nilover is now one of the leading suppliers of agricultural and landscaping products in the UAE. The division represents Dutch company Lune, which manufactures metal planters; Popplemann from Germany which specialises in nursery and propagation pots; Idel and Deroma from Italy which produce high grade plastic and clay pots respectively.
