Our managers’ experience is both academic and practical. Many are graduates of specialised marketing and management programs, with most enjoying more than 15 years’ marketing and management experience in the Middle East. 

Reflecting the diversity of the UAE society, the team is multicultural, made up of people from a number of nations. The 2000 strong UAE workforce is also multinational, with staff from 35 countries. Training is given to all new recruits and refresher courses are held periodically.
